This is because our products are shipped directly from our warehouse.
Question: The expected delivery time has passed; where is my order?
Answer: In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, sometimes an order may be delayed in the delivery process.

Track and Trace:
Question: Where can I find my Track and Trace code?
Answer: You have received the tracking information via email.
Question: The Track and Trace code shows no information; how is this possible?
Answer: Track and Trace information becomes available once the package arrives at the courier company. Please note that there may be some delays due to unforeseen circumstances with the transport company.
Question: What are the shipping costs?
Answer: We cover the shipping costs for the order.
