Returns and Exchanges
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, and we will ensure that the purchase price is refunded to your account within five working days of receiving the return.
Easy Returns in Three Simple Steps:
Step 1: Fill out the return form.
Download the return form here and complete it fully.
Step 2: Send your order. Send the items along with the completed return form to the address listed on the return form. Make sure to provide the package with a tracking code. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account.
Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is transferred to your bank account within five working days.
4. My purchase arrived damaged; what should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. We always strive to pack products securely to ensure they arrive intact. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, please email us at info@vitafer-l.es and include your experience along with your details and the order number in question. Also, include photos of the product and packaging. We will investigate your case and offer you a quick and free solution, such as sending a new product or an appropriate remedy. In this case, you will not have to pay for return shipping.
5. If I want to return my purchase, do I have to pay return shipping costs?
We regret that you are not satisfied with your purchase. Fortunately, returns are completely free. If you decide to return your purchase, you can easily do so by emailing info@vitafer-L.es. In some cases, we will even include a return label in the package, making the return process even easier. This way, you won’t have to worry about the return costs. We are here to assist you with the return process.
6. I ordered the product but changed my mind.
We regret that you have changed your mind about your order. We would like to inform you that our return policy states that the product can only be exchanged or returned if it has not been opened and the plastic wrap is still intact. Since the product is a liquid dietary supplement, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of opened products for hygiene and safety reasons. We hope you understand this policy.
